Hop Harvest Hop
ABV: 7.5% | IBU: 45
Every fall, hops ready for brewing are harvested off the vine and taken to drying kilns, where they are dried, processed, and shipped off to be used. In celebration of this harvest, we’ve taken Cascade, Chinook, and Comet hops directly from a local university’s hop fields and straight to our brewhouse. Bright, fresh, green grassy flavors and aromas prevail, with citrus and dank notes supporting them. Here’s to hops!
