Brewed for Mount St. Joe’s Springfest 2026, this British-style Golden Ale recipe comes courtesy of Professor Tim Lawson. Burnished gold in color with a foamy white head, malt aromas and flavors of bread dough give way to aromas of sweet tropical fruits and a hint of creamy vanilla thanks to a healthy dose of Sabro hops.
