Located at 400 Wyoming Ave, Gilligan's Brewery was founded in 2023 at West Side Brewing. Starting as a joint venture with EP Investment Group, Gilligan's Brewery was created to brew the beers for Gilligan's on the Green. In February of 2025, West Side Brewing took over the operations of the old Wyoming Fire Station and reopened as Gilligan's Brewery.

A brewery isn't a brewery without brewing on site.  Here, we are able to brew various styles with a goal to have a beer for everyone can enjoy.

The beers are strongly influenced by Western Europe's rich brewing history.  Here, you'll find styles perfected over hundreds of years from Scotland, England, Wales, and of course, Ireland.
